If you don't have a tenant - Devine pays the rent!

Devine eliminates the worry and uncertainty that accompanies finding a tenant for your new Victoria Point unit.

When you invest in a unit at Victoria Point Docklands, you benefit from Devine's Rental Guarantee. It's our promise that if you don't have a tenant by the end of the fourth week after settlement, Devine will pay you the current market rental amount for a 12 month period or until a tenant is found - whichever is the earlier.

The conditions are simple:

• After you settle on the due date, you agree that the letting agents for Victoria Point Docklands Pty Ltd are appointed to find you a tenant.
• Your unit must be ready and available to be occupied.
• You need to take out Landlord's Protection Insurance to cover non-payment of rent for appointed tenants.
• You continue to own and control the property.
• You co-operate with the Agents and accept candidates they consider are reasonably qualified to be your tenants.
• Devine will begin to pay market rental from Day 29 after settlement for a period of 12 months or until you find a tenant - whichever is the earlier.
